Hugo, Minnesota Speed Traps

From county road J all the way to Forest Lake they either hide by the train tracks, on side roads, or even on the road itself. Also some of them are the worst drivers and will cut people off just to pull someone over going the other way.

Just past the Hugo/Centerville exit/entrance ramp, about 1 mile north, there is a bridge. Cops hide behind bridge, out of site, while there is one on top of bridge using radar/laser. 1 cop radios vehicle description to another and the other (one hiding) is the one who pulls you over. Bridge railing on top of bridge somewhat hides cop on bridge.
