Police near the intersection of Mount Auburn and Hopper Rd very often. Also the surrounding areas like the church and Ford and Sons parking lots.
Sprigg Crossing near Dominos
They park in a dark alley by Dominos Pizza by Rhodes Gas Station. Usually around 1:30 AM on Fri. and Sat. nights. They have been seen using this location till 4 in the morning. Is at the bottom of a hill and the 30 MPH is usually breached quite regurarly.
Williams Road near Kingshighway Road
Cape Girardeau Police sit on a side street while you are traveling south bound on williams and shoot radar, right after you pass bank of america on the right watch your speed-the speed limit is 35mph but it is very easy to do 45mph. I have seen several people get caught speeding on this road
Minnesota Street near State Route 74
Between I-55, and the new Emerson Memorial bridge On State Rt. 74. In front of the main soccer field enterance indicated as Minnesota St. City Police, and State Highway Patrol watch to see if any one exceeds the 45 MPH speed limit.
On Westend Blvd. south of State Rt 74. Hiding behind a tree line in a parking lot for more of the soccer fields. City Police usually maintain quite a vigilant watch over the increasing traffic in the area. The speed limit on Westend is 35 MPH on the south side of 74.
State Route W near Lynwood Hills Drive
Be Careful when taking Route W toward Lexington Avenue. The local police have taken to using unmarked Impala’s to patrol this area. They park their car in the parking lot for the storage sheds just down from Lynwood Hills Dr. Beware!
