Fire dept. is in need of funds, therefore, strict enforcement is now in effect. Most enforcement is done between hours of 11-7am. If youre going towards carthage, then slow down. they wiil use any probable cause to stop you. even if tires touch white dashed lines. Judge at carterville court is cool, reasonable.
