Cop sits on the east side of Weiss road behind a big Phone connection box. Gets people coming down the hill on Weiss, and also watches the stop sign at Weiss and St Peters Cottleville rd – and the light at N and Weiss

Cottleville police have sat here many times. There is a big shoulder before the light at Weiss road. They will use instant on Ka at this point. Just as you go over the hill. A radar detector will help if there is a car in front of you.Are if they leave it on all the time. I believe they will use laser in this spot soon! Not all the officers are trained yet on using laser.

Cottleville will sit just off the road on the right side of the street if you are coming from Highway K in ofallon. Good hiding spot. They may shot laser from here to (soon). I think they only have one gun as of this report. It’s an ultralyte LR laser!

There is an officer that will stand at the entrance to the new subdivision going in and shoot laser both on eastbound and westbound traffic. Several chase cars lay in wait. If you are over speed coming past the junk yard or just past the sharp curve coming down the hill the other way you are had immediately.

Most all police in cottleville use ka radar instant on.The police will sit in a batting cage lot on highway n as you come up to the new light. Both ways from the light speed is 45 and just around the turn the cops will trigger the radar gun.Watch out driving thru cottleville because most of the time there radar is off intill you come close and they will hit you with instant on.
