Cop hides at edge of town as you leave Hayti’s 35mph to resume the 55mph and tries to catch you as you resume speed even though you are between two 1000 acre cotton fields.The cop will also try to antagonize you into a reaction by insult and intimidation so as to haul you in for more serious charges. A pathetic little town using good law abiding people as a revenue source.

They look at the violator and then find the violation. some get a ticket at 15 over some a ticket at 5 over. Stop you for any Probable Cause.
