Moline Acres, Missouri Speed Traps

The area I am referring to is in between Chambers Road and St. Cyr, most commonly before you get to Berwyn. If you decide to turn off 367 into the village of Moline Acres, Let the Driver beware! There are few speed limits signs posted on the streets within. There may be one posted right AT THE BEGINNING of the corner at one of the streets leading into the village, but that is all. If you are new to the area, you would not be familiar with the speed limits. THEY WILL TICKET YOU AND TAKE YOUR LICENSE TOO! It happened to me, when I was doing someone a favor by taking them home. You have no idea of what the speed limits are within the village because few signs ( I saw none) are posted.

The PD writes any violations possiable in order to keep their city budget even. I was stopped and ticketed for improperly inflated tires , come on… has this department ever heard of warnings??? The department runs heavy enforcement on Hwy 367 between St Cyr and Chambers rd, DRIVERS BEWARE , dont fart in their city ther might have a law against that too….

Patrol cars are normally hidden in private home driveways

Just east of Chambers Road, the speed limit is 45 mph going down a hill. You don’t see the unit the majority of the time because they are on a service station lot or a private residence driveway. The revenue accounts for a nice part of the town budget.
