They know you will assume that the street being 4 lanes wide and straight as an arrow will be the typical residence speed limit of 35mph so they post it at 25mph. This generates a ticket mailed out to you where they print" no payment accepted in person at Sugar Creek " Think maybe they want to stay elusive ??

Watch out. They sit by the Landfill enforcing a 1-2 mile strip of the Highway. The highway is 4 lanes with minimal access in a rual area with a few factories nearby.

hide off road on kentucky. hide in private drive at river blvd. hide about fifty yards up side streets off sterling. and most importantly if your skin color is any thing but white or you are young be prepared for a vehicile search!they will smell marijuana wink! wink! it hasnt happened to me but I live here and see it all the time
