Union, Missouri Speed Traps

Franklin County Sheriffs late at night like to sit on a little hill that is located in front of walmart across the way from the retirement homes. When your taking 50 going into Union they will sit so they are facing you when your coming into town. It is a dark area with trees, so they hide that you cant see them.

If you are traveling through Union on highyway 50, BEWARE! There are to many places they sit to mention, but for about 3 miles, from the east city limits to the west city limits, it is very rare not to go through radar, especialy at night. The patrol cars are white marked, black unmarked and marked franklin county and state troopers. The speed limit goes from 55 to 45 to 40 to 50 and then back to 55. They are enforced, especialy for young drivers.
