Velda City (Village) (they changed the name to City because they are knuckleheads) mostly near the Police Station on Lucas & Hunt Rd. 30 MPH enforced rigorously but most travel between 35-40 MPH on this 4 lane stretch. They will take your license.

This is a commonly known speed trap where most of the city’s income comes from writing speeding tickets. Any where south of Natural Bridge Road up to St. Louis Avenue. Limit 30 mph in a clearly safe 40 mph 4 lane zone.
