North Russell Street near West Broadway Street
City police cars are parked one block north of the intersection of North Russell and West Broadway on right side. Hid from view on the first road on right after leaving intersection. They try to catch people who speed through yellow light.
Railroad Avenue near Commerce Street
Along Railroad Ave. the posted speed limit is 30 mph. It is a long straight stretch alongside the railroad tracks, with no danger from cross-traffic. At Commerce Street there is often a police cruiser parked next to a large warehouse, facing east, partially obscured by electric poles and shade.
Gharrett Road near 39th Street
This is a steep hill. The posted speed limit is 25mph. Motorist traveling down the hill have difficulty keeping the speed to 25. The hill is regularly patroled for this reason.
23rd Street near 39th Street up 23rd Street
When you turn right or left onto 23rd st all the way up to the top you just never know where they’re sitting.

Duncan Drive near Interstate Underpass
Beware of this area from two different approaches. Coming down Waterworks Hill, officers are often posted in various spots. The speed limit drops from 35 mph to 25 mph at the crest of the hill down. If you are approaching from the bottom, officers are often hidden from sight parallel to the railroad tracks to catch speeders heading east along Spruce Street.
