4th Street near 4th Street
4th Street is the main road that runs through the little town of David City. If you are from out of state or out of town, you are 10 times more likely to get a ticket than if you are from the area. So if you ever have to drive through David City, Nebraska, make sure you obey the speed limit.
State Highway 15 near Entrance to town by Aquinas High School and on the highway through the town.
Upon entering the town of David City on the South end by the Aquinas High School the 4 lane highway slows down to a speed limit of 35 while descending a hill. A officer will hid in the trees of the city park or on the opposite side by a building a stop people entering the town. The highway continues through the town as a 4 lane highway and will drop down to 25 mph for a 6 block range then increase again. A police officer will sit in an alley by the railroad tracks behind a building a clock people going over the railroad tracks going over 25mph. Also on the north side of town while exiting the town, the highway narrows to a two lane but does not increase to 60mph for approximately 3/4 of a mile.
