Centennial Center Blvd east of Grand Montecito Pkwy
Speed limit on Centennial Center Blvd west of Grand Montecito Pkwy is 40MPH, when you cross to the east side it drops to an unreasonable 30MPH (where as 30MPH around the bend is reasonable). They sit up near the car dealerships to blend in so if you’re doing 40 or so you instantly become a +10MPH over the speed limit.
