Center Harbor, New Hampshire Speed Traps
Route 3, N & S bound, N of Waukewan Rd, S of 25B
Route 3 is in Center Harbor for a very short stretch. The Center Harbor officer sits in a new development road (Beaver meadow I believe) and clocks both ways. Though there’s a 45 MPH sign within site, the limit for this very short stretch is 35 and he’s eager to take advantage of the difference.
Dane Road near State Route Rt. 3
Heading west, away from Center Harbor downtown there is a long steep incline which ends at Keywaydin Rd. The kindly officer will be hiding on your right and WILL ticket you over 35 M.P.H. Townies know this one by heart.

There are two ways to get on College road. One coming from Holderness, people often take College road as a shortcut to 25B. However there are sings that state "No through traffic" and the speed limit is 25mph. The other way is coming off from 25B and getting on to College road. That is where the cops sit and usually get people who are coming from Holderness and taking the shortcut. You might not see them from a distance but there radar can see you!
