Hollis, New Hampshire Speed Traps
Rt 122 two traps just leaving/entering Hollis
Upon entering Hollis the trap is set behind trees almost immediately across from the high school as you get to the bottom of the little hill.
Upon leaving Hollis the trap is set at the entrance to a small road almost at the top of the above mentioned hill or
as you crest this hill they may sit next to the cemetary, which you won’t see until it is too late because of the crest of the hill
Broad Street (Rt. 130) just west of Nashua town line
Police car often pulls into Lorden’s gas storage area that is up on a little hill. There are other spots within 1000 yards of that spot that they also use. The speed limit there changes from 30 to 45 as you drive toward Hollis, and vice versa toward Nashua. Another favorite Broad Street trap is just east of the busy intersection at Coliseum Drive off Exit 6.
Broad Street between Pine Hill Road and Van Dyke Road
Police often set up in this area looking for people who come down the hill too fast (east bound) or haven’t slowed to 30 MPH from the posted 45 MPH prior to Van Dyke Road (west bound).
Proctor Road
Hollis and Brookline police are often seen on this road, it is not uncommon to see an officer on the side of the road checking cars speed.
Rocky Pond Road
Hollis and Brookline Police both monitor this road very regularly.
