Milford police have 2 cruisers ticketing motorist on this 4 mile stretch of roadway. It used to be 55 but for construction it was lowered to 45.Construction os over and now it is a bait roadway.

Usually early in the morning – they monitor eastbound traffic as it crests and descends the hill. The steep downhill grade makes it easy to exceed the 25 mph posted speed limit.

State Route 101 near State Route 13

Route 101 is heavily patrolled especially from 4PM till 8PM. I see the Milford and Amherst officers have "customers" almost every evening on my ride home. Anything above 60MPH will get you noticed.
