Anytime after 9 PM during summer months, local PD will be on the lookout for people doing anything wrong between main street and The Wolfetrap, heading towards back bay. This is a huge DUI arrest area.

Village police frequently sit near the entrance to this tourist village very near a sign on Route 28 that says "Wolfeboro – The Oldest Summer Resort In America." As well, they also patrol with moving radar, Route 109 North leaving and entering the village. Beware.
