Seems he doesn’t go after anyone. But is there everyday. Maybe it is just a resting area, but he is always there.

Anywhere along Serpentine at any given time; they will sit either across Route 9 or along the side of the road. This is a popular area where many people don’t like to come to a complete stop at the stop sign.

The local police set up in the ice cream store parking lot on the corner and also at the Cedar Creek Marina down the road. Speed limit is 25 mph. They will get you.

They usually sit facing Rt.9 on the side of the road, about a 1/2 mile in from Rt.9.
