Often see Edgewater Police sitting on the median in the middle of River Rd just in front of the movie theater.

Northbound side (toward GWB) on right shoulder adjacent to Edgewater Commons shopping center. Edgwater PD cruiser always with radar. Also, about 1/2 mile further north near HESS filling tanks, always hiding past tank lot before Bagel Store on right.
