Jackson, New Jersey Speed Traps

Sometimes at lunch there is a car parked in the parking lot. They “pretend” to be having lunch but it is a trap, except for when they are actually inside eating pizza. I have seen this many times as I pass on the way home from work at that time each day.

Seen many Officers lie await behind the mini mart there at the fork in the rd and you can’t see them when your coming from either side until your going past them. Speed limit i believe is 50mph. So heads up rounding that bend.

Later at night there are a few officers that like to sit in the VFW parking lot across from the luxury community trailer park. Also coming from either direction pretty hard to see them until its to late.

This entire area has a posted 30MPH speed limit, which is strictly enforced. Police wait on any of the side streets looking for motorists exceeding the limit. Once you see the squad car, it’s too late.

cops usually sit in the 7-11 parking lot or the old jackson pharmacyparking lot usually between 900 p.m. and100 a.m.
