Lambertville, New Jersey Speed Traps

Route 29 North just outside the town of Lambertville where the speed limit falls to 25mph when you should easily (and without knowing) travel at 35 – 40 mph on the two lane road.

Cops frequently sit in a parking lot of an antique shop at the south end of town and are difficult to see when going south because of vegetation and a curve in the road. The limit is 40 and the road conditions allow an easy 50-60, so watch out and don’t give them your money. Also, be careful at the flea market entrance just south of there-slow traffic, turning cars, and many accidents.
