an Old Bridge cop car sits on the shoulder just at the end of the Morgan Bridge. Since the bridge is on a downhill, you can’t see the cop car until it’s too late. The cop car has radar which shoots out of the rear window, so once you see the cop the radar picks up the current speed of your car.
