Usually an unmarked car likes to sit in the driveway of a private homeowner across from the Roxbury PD HQ shooting cars with LIDAR as they go east on Route 46 past Mooney Road.

Howard Boulevard near Exit Number Off Rt 80, Exit 30, Southbound

On Howard Blvd South, police cruiser usually sits in the woods, out of sight just past Truck Warehouse on the right side of the road. Limit is 50mph and they give very little leeway over that.
