Observed a "decoy" (cop) in a crosswalk across from the ballfield on Shore Road. Going northbound on Shore Road on left side shoulder of road, was a Linwood police car waiting to entrap those not yeilding to the decoy.

Over the weekend, observed a "decoy" (cop) pretending to be crossing Shore Road posing as some John Doe when going northbound on Shore Road going towards Northfield. a Linwood police car was sitting on the edge of the ballfield facing the direction of the crossing decoy waiting for someone to not yeild to him in a "crosswalk "

A decoy cop will walk in front of your car at a "crosswalk" across from the ballfield and waiting for those not stopping for the cop, is waiting a Linwood cop car, parked on the shoulder of the southbound side of Shore Road waiting for you. This was observed by me late this morning 09/18/2010.
Central Avenue right before Oak Avenue
The police sit in the parking lot of the Mainland Recreation Association (MRA). They are blocked by evergreens. The speed limit there is 25 mph.
Ocean Heights Ave. area of Bethel Road
They sit on private property at the Somers Point & Egg Harbor Township border. They are usually in a Durango.
