A Merchantville Police SUV(Ford Explorer)sits hidden in the driveway of the Water Authority which is hidden to much of the northbound and southbound traffic because of the driveway being flush up against the building. This is actually necessary here because the Post Office right next door has only four parking spots and people cross the street illegally all the time but there are no tix for "Jaywalkers"
