Oaklyn, New Jersey Speed Traps

A marked car will usualy sit on the grass by the lumber yard. They will back into a spot next to a tractor trailer. Limit is 25 but I find myself doing 35

There is often a marked car parked in the old Burger King Parking lot across from CVS. Sometimes they park on the far side of the lot where the car is visible but other time they park right up against the fence and by the time you see them, it’s too late.

Police often hide in parking lots of everyday locations including, but not limited to the CVS and the 711 convienence store. They pull motorists over for speeding in an attempt to find other violoations (no seatbelt, drunk driving, etc) Speed limit is 30, but 40 is normal flow…be especially careful at night!
