Red Bank, New Jersey Speed Traps

City of Red Bank drops speed limit from 35mph to 30mph less than a hundred feet from a red light. They then set the yellow for 3 seconds which is obviously below the legal requirement for New Jersey. Cops sit across street in parking lot.

The police sit facing north on the SE corner. The speed limit is 25mph and strictly enforced. Red as a whole has become a huge speed trap.
