Somers Point, New Jersey on the bridge leading to/from Mays Landing, vehicles are hidden at foot of bridge by Marine parking lot.
Speed trap is run by Somers Point Police, they use a Black Chevrolet Tahoe or Grey SUV, also have seen older Crown Victoria Interceptors used at this spot.
Usual vehicle is a Black Chevrolet Tahoe with K-9 on board,
Trap targets traffic coming into and going out of Somers Point on the Mays Landing Bridge heading to/from Mays Landing Road, the cars are hidden by the Marina entrance.
Entering / Exiting Somers Point Toll Booth
Vehicles are older grey Crown Victoria and Black Chevrolet Tahoe, other SUV’s also used.
Usually parked approximately 500-1000 feet from the toll booth. They use both the strip mall parking lot (left side when entering Somers Point) and also both sides of the road parked with lights off to blend in.
This is a 24 HOUR trap, they run radar for vehicles BOTH entering and leaving Somers Point.

Fire Company # 2 – Bethel Road
Police frequently in parking lot – usually (but not always) checkling cars headed toward Shore Road
W. Laurel Drive near State Route 9
Speed limit is 25 mph from Route 9 to the Garden State Pky entrance and is enforced any time day or night. Car usually sits in parking lot by gas station at Jordan Dr. or sometimes parked along road with other parked cars.
Bay Avenue near Longport Boulevard
Seasonal town here, they sit at the sewer transfer building waiting on locals! If they went a mile south on bay they could get the real speeders
