South Brunswick, New Jersey Speed Traps

Occasionally there are cops sitting outside the karate school on Ridge Rd. Usually during early morning and afternoon commute hours for children. The speed limit here is 25.

Observed around 11 am on Wednsday 8/31/2011 on Route 130 South, after County Route 679 and Stults Road, before Charles Court, a police SUV in the median facing wrongway clocking south bound traffic. Another police car on the shoulder about half mile away, ready to pounce on victims of this scam. speed limit in the area 55 mph.

This is a connecting road between route 1 and route 27. Wide open road with 2 lanes but not that much traffic – but speed limit is 35 mph. Coming off one of the highways onto this open road, you have no idea. By the time you see the sign, it’s usually too late because cops hide and ticket people who don’t know better. I’ve even seen one cop out of his car hiding in the bushes with a radar gun, while another waits to chase. It’s so annoying, I hate these people!

just past the motor vehicle agency and recyling plant there is a funeral home where a police car will sit inside entrance of the funeral home driveway waiting for on coming traffic day or night with his lights out. the speed limit is 55

Police sit in pairs along the Rd. by the curve at Tyndall and Richford. The only people they are nabbing are the residents.
