by an abondoned go-go bar (billy boys pub)on 23 north past germantown rd they sit in the lot be extra carefull the speed limit drops from 50 to 35 in this short stretch.keep it under 47 and you will be fine.note sheriff dept sits there too although state highway(if stopped you might have a case,not a county rd its the technicalities that get you off)
