West Windsor, New Jersey Speed Traps

West Windsor PD usually has a patrol car set up in an empty lot (used to be a gas station) on the southbound side of the Route 1, just past the stretch of 571 that heads into Princeton. Mostly evening/night enforcement, as the car would be too easily spotted during light hours.

There is a small cover of foliage near the entrance to the park. WW Cruisers can be seen hiding in this area during rush hour to catch speeders on the road.

If you pass the CVS Pharmacy on your way towards East Windsor, right after the shopping center is a dirt driveway. Police cruisers are known to hide out here all the time.

Speed limit is 35 here which isn’t TOO crazy, but it’s a school zone (and pretty far from the school honestly) so I see cops hiding in the school parking lots around here sometimes.

The limit drops from 50 to 35, but most cars miss it. This is after the bridge where there are some houses and a golf course. The limit is probably too low for the road quality (wide and open) and I know that one person I know got nailed here.
