rt 523 mostly in the vicinity of rt 620, but anywhere between rt31 and rt 22. there are many changes in the limit over a relatively short length of road.
they like to tailgate at night, then pull you over when you try to create a safe stopping distance between you and them.
best corse of action?
I’d pull over and make a call on my cell. it’s a valid excuse to pull over and he doesn’t have a chance to make you speed.
