You turn off Chestnut Ridge Road onto Tices, heading toward Hilton and office buildings. 1/2 mile strip of nothing. Cops hang out there because they know you are either a visitor to hilton or just working in area – not a resident.

25 mph is the limit.

A quarter mile south of the big Montvale rest area, the median is raised for about 1000 feet. Cops love to hang out on top of that looking down on traffic from above.

At the End of Woodcliff ave. there is a quatermile drag across a resevoir. On either side there will bee a police car waiting to snag you as soon as you exceed 35mph. Sometimes the cars are unmarked. The parking lot for the train station conceals them so do not trust your eyes
