Castle Creek, New York Speed Traps

On 81 south, just before the castle creek exit, there’s a u-turn just behind a large hill-they lie in wait just beyond the halfway point of the u-turn so when they see you, you’re literally only 50 yds away, and they got ya. They’re there daily.

Traveling southbound on I -81 prior to coming to the Castle Creek exit, in the median is a large knoll. On the south side of the knoll, NYS troopers quite often sit. At this position they are not vivsible until it is to late. They are there nearly everyday at varying times. Never been stopped there, so I can not gauge there leniancy, but quite often see cars pulled over there.
