It’s 30mph on Elm Street and the New Hartford cops sit either in the park or near the train station. It’s very easy to go over 30mph on this road so becareful!

Trooper and County Sheriff using a turn-around spot in the highway to conceal their car. Approaching from the north, cars are caught as they crest a hill.
