Going on 87 north or south near the city of champlain right before or after the border with canada You will see cops hiding in the U turns made for them. I have seen them here all the time expecting you to pay or come to court all the way there in the middle of nowhere. I followed a cop going 90mph to take the exit to his state police office also. why can they do it when we cant? Especially when it is not for a police chase or something. Everyone goes 80 here so just slam your brakes as hard as you can when you see a cop and warn the other side with your flashers (free speech).
