Chazy, New York Speed Traps

Town is host to State Police. The trooper is parked in the area between north bound and south bound lanes. He pulls you over, tickets you, exits the intrestate a quarter of a mile later, takes the ramp and repositions himself back in the same spot. I was speeding but locals are driving so ridiculously slowly that you can tell this is a regular speed trap.
