A State Trooper waits in a pull-off area that is blind until you crest a curve going south or or over a slight rise on the down side going north. This a prime place for passing, and you could easily exceed the limit overtaking a slower vehicle watching for oncoming traffic. Esp. at sunrise & set, long shadows.
