also at the corner of 14thb st and oakwood ave if you are heading towards miracle mile from elmira..they sit on 14th looking west and you won’t see them they park down aways on 14th watching all of oakwood ave/college ave 13-9 sts and they have agood vantage point also another car will be on Oakwood facing the opposite way about 1/8 mile down

North of 14th St., on East side of Grand Central hiding in the bushes.

best bet is do about 30-33 miles an hour.If you’ve been drinking, avoid this street after 9:00 p.m.
