East Franklin Street between Nanticoke and Oak Hill
The police sit either tucked in the trees in the small wooded area on the north side of the street after N Oak Ave or in the parking lot of one of the businesses on the south side of the street. They will have their lights turned off.

Police park at 1207 E. Main and pick off the West bound cars. I work there. Most of Main street is a problem, and heading East where the speed changes.
State Route 17c near Near Dickson Street / 17c Sports Fields
They (State Troopers) sit about 100 ft down the 17c Sports Fields entrance and catch speeders as they enter the Village going over the Railroad Bridge
North Street near North Oak Avenue
The Endicott Police Dept often sits between two trees or may be in the dark corner of the building on the left just before North Oak Ave.(assuming you are coming from Oak Hill Ave.). You do not see the police car unless headlights reflect off the vehicle since they keep all lights off including the computer in the car.
State Route 17-C near Advanced Computers/Before Loder Ave.
EPD’s other favorite spot — sitting in the parking lot of Advanced Computers (close to Loder Ave and Friendly’s) clocking people going down Main St.
