County Mounty sits in the gravel pile at the NE side of the intersection. Shoots both ways.
North Genesee Street
Ontario County cop usually sits at the northern end of North Genesee off a driveway and shoots X/K band.
State Route 5 near State Route 20
Traveling east or west on 5&20 through the Hobart & William Smith Colleges ,The Geneva SmartPatrol sits in driveways, sidestreets in the residential north side. Usually easy to see at night with the reflective tape on their "interceptors". Easy pickup on basic radar detector X/K band only. They don’t understand laser….
State Route 14 near just outside city limits
Watch for the smart patrol heading south towards the city limits. The transition from 45 -> 30 is best – usually hide in the Freighhoefer’s thrift store
State Route 14 at southern edge of village
Route 14 winds through Geneva. As you leave the downtown area speed limit goes to 40, then 35, then 30 right where the road opens up at souther end of town. It is easy to get distracted looking at scenery along Seneca Lake. Trap is set on road that runs diagonal to highway.
