Troopers hide in a central reservation crossover, and are invisible unless you are right up on them. Once I was stopped by a Department of Environmental Coservation copper who snuck in from this crossover(not ticketed-most Troop "T" and "F" coppers don’t bother our work trucks since they know we do oxygen deliveries).
