Howard Beach, New York Speed Traps

The trap is heading southbound on Cross Bay Blvd heading towards the south shore/Beach Channel, a few blocks before the toll. I was caught there and when I went to court for the ticket the same officer had pulled over several other motorists in the exact spot where I was pulled over. The speed limit changes from 45 to 30mph once you cross the overpass on Cross Bay Blvd. The speed limit sign is not obvious and is posted high on a pole.
