Lagrangeville, New York Speed Traps

NY State Troopers like this spot. They sit in the unlit parking lot, well off the road, often next to the building which prevents them from being seen by westbound traffic. Speed limit is 45 m.p.h. but not unusual to be cruising at 55 or better.

Taconic State Parkway, Noxon Road exit, heading south there is small hill just before the exit preventing a clear view of the exit median until you crest the hill. Too Late.

Occasionally there will be a trooper at the top of the hill northbound at the entance to the Baird park. Also a mile or so down the road less frequently.
