Local police as well as State Troopers are on Route 311 anywhere between Route 84 and Route 52. The posted speed limit is 30 MPH. Anything above that and they will ticket you.

When driving on 311 either off 84 heading to 52 or from 52 towards 84 There is a speed trap where speed limit drops down to 30 from 45. There is no reason (i.e. unsafe corners)
