Broadway just beyond the Ward’s building. Over the bridge and into the work zone. If you’re coming the opposite direction (towards Albany), on the right hand side is a wooden shack of sorts used in the work zone. Tucked behind that I’ve seen NYSP sitting. You literally won’t see them anywhere but your rearview. 30 MPH through there!

Turn onto Wards Lane from Broadway. On the left is a large parking lot with heavy tree cover. 9 times out of 10 there will be a Menands car sitting in that lot waiting for you to scream down the hill.

menands police sit in the median between rt-385 and the on ramp from menands. they sit there in the dark with no lights on ready to snare you. if your quick you’ll see your headlights hit the reflectors on the rear of his car- slow down once you see that.
