Minoa, New York Speed Traps

Relatively new 30 MPH zone where previous limit was 45 MPH. Similar roads in the same area are still posted at 45 MPH.

Local police sit at the bottom on the south end of the bridge and give no break. They could be either on the east or the west side of the road.

The police vehicle can be seen any time of day in front of the ice cream shop next to Lewis Park. The speed changes less than half a mile before this point so it is very easy to be going over the limit without realizing it. They also just lowered the speed by 5 miles in this area within the past year.
