Phelps, New York Speed Traps

As you are leaving the village of Phelps. You have a valley . Cop is on your right hand side at bottom of the valley. You best not be moving faster than 30. It is not 55 until you get up the hill and to the sign posted 55

Just as you enter the village from the south, cop will be sitting under the trees on the right hand side, around the curve from the 30mph sign; if you haven’t hit 30 by the sign, he’s got you.
