They lay in wait on either side of the I-87 overpass and also in the parking lot of the glass company near the railroad bridge across from Miles Standish Rd.

Coming off the NYS thruway at exit 25 and taking the first exit off of 890 going westbound onto Curry Road expect to see a speed trap occasionally immediately following a warehouse complex on the left side of the road. Once you hit the traffic light at the hamburg/curry intersection you’re home free till Altamont Avenue.

Highbridge Road onramp heading toward the toll booths some 300 yards ahead. Typically between 1 and 4 state police watch unsuspecting travellers heading east. Speed limit is 55. If the speed is 70 or more, expect to be pulled over.
