As 9W comes into Saugerties there is a curve and overpass with a sign reading 10MPH. You had better follow the sign because there are oftne police lying in wait.

I-87 Northbound, mile marker 92, Officer sits in Parking Rest Area

The officer sits in the Parking Rest Area at the top of a hill as you come of the hill he is waiting for you and zaps you with the laser as you come over the ridge of the hill.
