Upper Nyack, New York Speed Traps

Clarkstown Police set up in Camp Ramah parking lot directly across from Nyack High School. It’s a school zone there so the speed limit is 15mph. If you are heading west on Christian Herald you get caught just as you pass the entrance to the parking lot (car hides just inside along the stone wall). If youre heading west you get caught coming around and down the big hill. By the time you see that you’re facing the squad car, youre already screwed.

Generally seen Clarkstown patrol cars hiding in the backs of the parking lots of businesses on southbound side of road. This is just before the 9W/Christian Herald intersection. Speed limit goes down pretty quickly just as you enter Upper Nyack.
